Lead Solution Architect (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Further development of architecture (business, application, solution and data architecture) together with the other Lead Solution Architects and in coordination with Enterprise Architecture
- Responsibility for solution architecture in projects – from idea to go-live
- Ensuring transparent inventory of applications, interfaces and data objects via Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM)
- Shaping the use of AI – in development planning and target architecture as well as in daily engineering
- Validating solutions through prototypes and proofs of concept and ensuring non-functional requirements (scalability, maintainability, security)
- Contributing architectural perspectives to roadmaps and impact analyses and acting as a sparring partner for business units, IT and stakeholders
What sets you apart:
- You have a university degree (Uni/FH) in computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of experience in software development – ideally with progression towards tech lead or solution architecture – have developed yourself and use AI-supported methods and tools purposefully.
- You have solid experience with integration architectures, interfaces/APIs and the connection or parameterisation of standard software as well as with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) and the inventory of application landscapes.
- You are familiar with common architecture standards as well as modelling and documentation practices and document architectural decisions (e.g. ADR) comprehensibly.
- You possess a good understanding of regulatory requirements (data protection, audit, governance); ideally, you have experience in regulated environments (insurance, healthcare or financial services).
- You move confidently at the interface between business and IT, communicate complex matters appropriately for the audience and convince with analytical-structured thinking, quality awareness and implementation strength.
