Skills:
- Technical training in electrical/electronic engineering, power electronics, energy conversion, instrumentation or a related field.
- Practical experience with power converter systems and/or in an industrial environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different technical teams.
- Proficiency in drafting and monitoring updates of technical documentation.
- Strong skills in analysis, organisation and problem-solving.
- Team spirit, autonomy and attention to detail.

- Junior profile considered (professional experience less than 5 years) provided a genuine motivation to progress, train and acquire the required skills is demonstrated.
- Experience in electronic design and/or testing and electrical sub-assemblies.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Electrical authorisation according to NF C 18-510 standard: B0, H0V, B1V, H1V, B2V, H2V, BR;
- Proficiency with electronic and/or electrical schematic capture tools (Altium or equivalent) would be an additional asset.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure safety measures before removing the converters.
- Coordinate the electromechanical teams to facilitate the dismantling and removal of converters from the building.
- Manage and follow up transport requests for the removal of old converters.
- Supervise building consolidation works and respond to the needs of various stakeholders.
- Organise and coordinate the transport and installation of new converters in the building.
- Carry out commissioning tests, including:
- Check electrical connections, converter protections (interlocks).
- Adjust the current regulation loops of the converters on their respective loads.
- Test the backup converters.
- Train first-line support teams and hand over the converters to operations teams after validation.
- Document technical procedures and ensure their regular update.
