A versatile position in the area of DevOps, Kubernetes and container technologies offers the opportunity to actively shape the operation of critical platforms. We are looking for a technically skilled engineer who reliably operates complex environments while continuously improving their stability and performance.
The role combines OpenShift, Kubernetes, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ansible with modern operational processes. Additionally, the future incumbent can expect agile project work, structured change processes and close collaboration with various technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the reliable operation of container-based platforms based on OpenShift and Kubernetes
Further development and lifecycle management of platforms in hybrid infrastructure environments
Conducting performance analyses, optimisations and proactive error prevention
Taking over incident and problem management as well as sustainable analysis of technical causes
Coordination and implementation of changes as well as structured handling of Jira tickets
Collaboration in an agile team and active participation in Scrum and SAFe processes
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in operating OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms
Very good Linux knowledge, especially RHEL, as well as practical experience with Ansible
Knowledge of Oracle Forms, ADF and WebLogic Server is a plus
Basic to good know-how in networking, security, storage and system operation
Experience with monitoring and ITSM solutions such as Splunk and ServiceNow as well as understanding of ITIL
Experience in agile working models, independent and reliable working style as well as very good German and English skills
