Project Lead Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Lead Architect for the independent handling of diverse building construction projects in Central Switzerland. You will accompany projects from the preliminary design through construction design and approval procedures to execution planning and realisation. In doing so, you combine architectural quality with constructive understanding and coordinate clients, authorities as well as internal and external specialist planners. The position offers comprehensive project responsibility across several SIA phases in a manageable planning environment with short decision-making paths.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of architectural and building construction projects from preliminary design to execution
Management of projects through the relevant SIA phases 31-53
Development and further processing of preliminary designs, construction designs and execution concepts
Creation and coordination of building permit, execution, detail and working drawings
Leadership and coordination of architects, draftsmen and external specialist planners
Direct coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners and contractors
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Support of building permit and authority procedures
Development of constructive solutions and clarification of demanding execution and detail questions
Review and integration of specialist planner, contractor and workshop planning
Support of realisation and construction execution as well as assistance with acceptance and defect management
Ensuring planning quality, deadlines and project-specific requirements
Qualifications:
Completed studies as FH/ETH Architect or comparable university degree
Several years of professional experience in project management of building construction projects in Switzerland
Sound knowledge in project planning, execution planning and building construction
Good knowledge of SIA phases, Swiss building regulations and approval procedures
Confident handling of industry-standard CAD/BIM software, preferably Archicad
Experience in coordination of specialist planners and project teams
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
