Building Services Planner HVAC (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist as a Building Services Planner HVAC for versatile and technically demanding building services projects. Depending on the discipline, you will work on systems in the areas of heating/cooling, ventilation or sanitation and accompany projects from preliminary design to execution. You will support project management on projects for hospitals, industrial, administrative and residential buildings and, with increasing experience, independently take on smaller projects. You will work with modern CAD/BIM methods and occasionally participate in specialist site management.
Responsibilities:
Planning and drafting of heating/cooling, ventilation or sanitation systems according to your own discipline
Creation of project, execution, installation and detail plans over the relevant planning phases according to SIA 108
Support of project management in the technical planning, coordination and implementation of demanding building services projects
Creation and maintenance of CAD and BIM models as well as derivation of the required planning documents
Processing of floor plans, schematics, central units, riser zones and technical detail drawings
Carrying out technical dimensioning and calculations for the respective HVAC discipline
Coordination of planning with architecture, structural engineering, electrical and other building services trades
Participation in the preparation of tender and submission documents, specifications and technical descriptions
Independent handling of smaller building services projects from planning to realisation
Support in specialist site management, site inspections and execution controls as well as technical clarifications on site
Participation in BIM coordination and clash detection as well as maintenance of digital planning bases
Updating of revision and project documentation after completion of execution work
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a building services planner EFZ heating, ventilation or sanitation
Expert knowledge in the planning and dimensioning of HVAC systems according to the learned discipline
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services standards
Confident handling of industry-standard CAD planning software
Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM-based planning processes is an advantage
Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Professional experience in building services planning is an advantage
