What you achieve

• You are responsible for consulting mandates for strategic initiatives, organisational development and operational excellence for customer management and communication.
• You select the necessary methods to achieve goals, translate these into action plans and are responsible for execution until the mandate is completed. In doing so, you lead the project team in terms of content, expertise and methodology.
• You ensure the sustainable success of your mandates through practical results and targeted knowledge transfer to the clients.
• With your stakeholder management, you take into account the diverse dependencies in customer and partner management, claims management and prevention.
• You actively contribute to the further development of business consulting.

What you bring

• You have a university degree in business administration or economics and ideally bring several years of experience in management consulting.
• You are a convincing, inclusive personality with strong communication skills as well as experience in the clear preparation and presentation of content.
• You have experience in supporting managers and employees through demanding change processes.
• You have proven skills in problem analysis, abstraction and synthesis.
• German is your mother tongue. In addition, you have good knowledge of French.
