Project Manager HVACS (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the independent overall project management of demanding HVACS projects. You will be responsible for building technology projects from concept and planning through tendering and specialist site management to billing and bear the professional, scheduling and economic overall responsibility. A focus lies on the interdisciplinary coordination of the trades heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling and sanitation as well as the management of internal and external project participants. Additionally, you represent the project team towards clients and principals and contribute to acquisition, quotation and contract management.
Responsibilities:
Independent overall project management of HVACS projects from conception to project completion
Professional and organisational management of the trades heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling and sanitation
Overall responsibility for quality, deadlines, fees, costs and profitability of the assigned projects
Development of building technology concepts and technical variants considering energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Preparation and coordination of project, execution and tender documents
Leadership of interdisciplinary professional coordination and coordination with architecture, electrical planning and other specialists
Planning and management of internal resources and project teams as well as monitoring project deadlines
Execution of specialist site management, quality controls, acceptance and commissioning
Responsibility for project controlling, change management, invoicing and project completion
Representation of the project team towards clients, principals, architects and external specialist planners
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards and Swiss building technology regulations
Participation in acquisition, fee offers, contract negotiations and proposal preparation
Qualifications:
Degree as FH Engineer Building Technology HVAC/HLKS, HF Technician Building Technology, master craftsman or comparable higher professional education
Several years of professional experience in planning and project management of HVACS systems
Sound expertise in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling and sanitation and their interfaces
Experience in overall project management, professional coordination and specialist site management
Knowledge in fee, cost, schedule and resource management
Sound knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building technology standards
Very good German language skills spoken and written
