ZurichYour Tasks
- You write submissions, budgets and reports in collaboration with the project management.
- You monitor key figures and agreement numbers and take over the planning and implementation of advertising measures in consultation with the project management.
- You handle the organisational project implementation and coordinate the deployment planning.
- You take on assignments in the projects on site and work outreach.
- You take over the content guidance of the interns and support employees paid by the hour in organisational and professional matters.
- You work in cross-departmental projects and promote social integration through active participation in the specialist department.
Your Profile
- Completed studies (Bachelor FH or comparable qualification) related to the field of work
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1), further
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
- Empathetic, motivating and convincing personality with a positive appearance
- Professional experience in the areas of German language support, migration and counselling
- High organisational competence, precise and solution-oriented working style as well as
- pronounced communication and intercultural competence
- efficient working methods, flexibility, high social competence and resilience

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 75,000 and 95,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. In addition, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
