A versatile position in the area of Security, Risk & Resilience offers the opportunity to sustainably develop the security and risk structures of a complex organisation. We are looking for an experienced professional who can translate strategic requirements into practical processes, controls and standards.
The focus is on information security, governance, risk management and business continuity. At the same time, you will take on an important advisory role for management and ensure that risks are transparent, controls effective and critical business processes resilient.
Responsibilities:
Further development of governance, security, risk and compliance structures as well as associated processes and standards
Management of security concepts, protection needs analyses and management systems as well as ensuring audit and review readiness
Establishment and maintenance of transparent risk management including assessment of risks, dependencies and control measures
Development and regular review of BCM, crisis and emergency plans to ensure organisational resilience
Support of the internal control system and review of the effectiveness of defined key controls
Preparation of complex issues for decision-makers as well as advising and coordinating various internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field
Several years of practical experience in security, risk management, compliance and/or BCM with corresponding further training
Good knowledge of ISO 27001 and other established security and governance frameworks
Analytical strength and ability to clearly present complex risks, controls and dependencies
Communicative personality with strong advisory skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style as well as a pronounced quality standard
