Role:
We are an established and growing engineering office for building services with a focus on sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and professionally skilled individual as a Building Services Engineer (m/f/d) full-time.
Your role as a Building Services Engineer:
As a Building Services Engineer, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of demanding projects in the field of technical building equipment. You work closely with our engineers, architects, and specialist planners to ensure smooth collaboration across all trades.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and design of building services systems (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning, electrical).
- Preparation of tender documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordination and supervision of execution planning and installation.
- Coordination with architects, specialist planners, and authorities.
- Technical advice to our clients in all project phases.
- Compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
- Documentation and quality assurance of projects.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in supply engineering, building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in building services planning.
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Confident use of CAD and calculation software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, DIALux).
- Teamwork skills, strong communication, and a structured working style.
- High customer orientation and assertiveness.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
