Financial Accounting Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the financial accounting of various group companies in Switzerland as well as internationally

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER within the specified deadlines

• Management of operational accounting processes including payment transactions and VAT

• Active participation in the design and monitoring of the internal control system (ICS)

• Administration and maintenance of fixed asset accounting

• Collaboration with external auditors and audit firms

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training with additional qualification in finance and accounting

• Solid professional experience in an internationally oriented group company, preferably from the industrial, machinery or plant engineering sector

• Confident handling of financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER

• Proficient user knowledge in SAP FI; knowledge of SAP CO/PS as well as MM/SD is a plus

• Strong IT affinity and very good Excel skills

• Business fluent German and English skills
