What to expect

With us, you get the chance to stir with the big ladle! We cook 6,500 meals daily for our patients and staff. You will observe the preparation of hot and cold dishes as well as desserts. For simpler tasks, you may lend a hand yourself. You will learn the hygiene regulations in a kitchen, how to use modern kitchen appliances, and the art of appetising food presentation.
