Responsibilities:
- Accept, forward and resolve support requests
- Perform maintenance work
- Monitor the monitoring system
- Participate in IT projects
- Work in an agile work culture with short decision-making paths
Qualifications:
- IT training
- Initial experience in IT support
- Solid knowledge of M365, Windows 11 and Windows Server
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German language skills spoken and written
