Responsibilities:
- Creation of technical drawings and planning documents for sanitary installations
- Design and selection of sanitary installation components
- Coordination with other departments and external partners
- Compliance with legal regulations and standards
- Support in tendering and awarding contracts
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in planning sanitary installations
- Confident handling of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines
- Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
