Head of Accounting & Controlling (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You take over the management and design of the budgeting process in collaboration with the CFO
- You are responsible for the preparation and analysis of periodic evaluations as well as performance reporting and quarterly accounts to the cantonal authorities
- You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to the Swiss GAAP FER accounting standard in collaboration with the CFO
- You maintain risk management and the internal control system (ICS)
- You record and document the key processes in accounting
- You are responsible for the administration and further development of the SAP modules FI/CO, FI-AA, FI-VIM
- You deputise for the CFO in day-to-day business
Qualifications:
You have completed a business administration education or have a degree in business economics
You have already gained experience with the SAP modules
You have an interest in operational financial processes as well as a quick grasp
You understand and recognise the connections between legal requirements, organisational structures and audit requirements
Your German language skills are very good
