• Ensure the harmonised and consistent execution of global business processes in ERP-D365 and connected IT systems based on defined best practices.
• Capture and analyse requirements from Process Owners and Process Stewards and coordinate solution development with IT Business Consultants.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions to support successful system and process application.
• Act as a subject matter expert for ERP-D365 and related systems and support Key Users and the IT Helpdesk with system-related queries.
• Test new functions, updates, and system releases for functionality, compatibility, and business requirements.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure process compliance and identify improvement potentials.
• Advise and support Process Owners in the introduction of new processes and process changes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, system landscapes, and operational workflows.
• Lead cross-site projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven professional experience as an Operations Process Specialist or in a comparable role in processes, business applications, or IT systems.
• Solid experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Good understanding of business processes and IT infrastructures.
• Experience in translating technical content into understandable business language for different stakeholders.
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities effectively.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align IT initiatives with corporate goals.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and solution-oriented working style with high problem-solving competence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical contexts clearly.
