Responsible for managing SAP Finance solutions, supporting transformation projects, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technological solutions.
Job Description
Governance and management of SAP Finance processes:
- Ensure functional responsibility for SAP Finance modules and their interfaces with other company areas.
- Guarantee the reliability, consistency, and integrity of financial data within the ERP.
- Oversee processes related to general accounting, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, management control, cost and profit centres, as well as financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, regulatory conformity, and system security.
Deployment and transformation of SAP solutions:
- Lead implementation, deployment, and evolution projects of SAP Finance modules.
- Actively participate in ERP transformation programmes and migration initiatives to SAP S/4HANA.
- Gather and analyse user needs to design solutions adapted to business challenges.
- Coordinate configuration, testing, production deployment, and change management activities.
- Manage and ensure the quality of master data related to financial processes.
Support and continuous improvement:
- Provide high-level functional expertise to Finance teams and key users.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and digitalisation.
- Participate in integrating new technologies and automating financial operations.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, Supply Chain teams, and external partners to ensure the performance of deployed solutions.
Profile sought
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Business IT, or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in implementing, integrating, and deploying SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules, ideally within a multi-site user company.
- Participation in ERP transformation or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent understanding of financial processes and their interactions with other company functions.
- Strong project management skills and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Mastery of integration issues between SAP and peripheral systems.
- Ability to link business challenges, financial processes, and technological solutions.
- Results-oriented, service-minded, and able to support change.
