Restaurant Specialist EFZ 60%
Your tasks
- Co-responsible for competent service (pension and à la carte service as well as banquets, events)
- Proactively knowing, advising and selling the gastronomic offerings
- Preparing the mise en place
- Co-responsibility for efficient stock management
- Adhering to hygiene regulations and HACCP concepts including various cleaning tasks
- Proper and professional organisation of work within the service team
- Cash handling including daily closing
Your profile
- Training as a Restaurant Specialist EFZ, Service Specialist EFZ
- Willingness to work weekends, events and catering
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
