About the job
Attached to the Human Resources department management, the partnership and internal relations service is responsible for fostering links between the various actors and partners of the institution. They provide support and advice in team management, skills development, as well as for any questions related to the life cycle of employees within the institution.
HR Specialist at 70%
Your tasks
- Support managers in the integration process of employees and in managing probation periods (summons, interview, decision)
- Support managers and employees in the absence management process (summons, interview, implementation of measures, decision), including restrictions on the workstation in partnership with the occupational health management service
- Review and validate work certificates and submit special cases to the HR partner
- Participate in all types of professional interviews (excluding dysfunctional ones) related to personnel management
- Depending on needs, collaborate with the HR partner in drafting letters and minutes
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC, or equivalent qualification, federal diploma as HR specialist
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR field
- Knowledge of the health sector is an asset
- Good communication skills and discretion
- Ability to stay positive and inspire confidence
- Fluent written and spoken French

- Workplace: Pourtalès site in Neuchâtel with multisite mobility
- Start date: from 1 December 2026 or to be agreed upon, fixed-term contract of maximum 6 months
