EXPERIENCED PANEL BEATER AND PAINTER (M/F)

Geneva & Canton of Vaud | Full-time position

As part of recruitment for several bodyshops located in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud, we are looking for experienced panel beaters and painters, passionate about their craft and committed to impeccable quality in their work.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in Switzerland in panel beating and painting – required.

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as panel beater and painter or equivalent training, a real asset.

• Excellent command of preparation, painting and finishing techniques.

• Sharp eye for detail, precision and rigour in execution.

• Strong preference for neat work and flawless finishes.

• High personal standards and genuine pride in a job well done.

• Service orientation and customer satisfaction, which remains your top priority.

• Autonomy, reliability and team spirit.

Your mission

• Prepare surfaces and carry out painting work according to best practices.

• Ensure impeccable finishing quality.

• Perform necessary checks before returning vehicles.

• Respect quality standards, deadlines and customer expectations.

• Actively contribute to the bodyshop’s reputation for excellence.
