What to expect
- You impart professional skills and accompany the learning process of a group of trainees
- You plan and organise the training in close cooperation with the nursing education manager
- You ensure high-quality nursing and care of patients in the learning team
- You work interdisciplinarily and interprofessionally in a committed and stable team
What you bring
- Qualified nurse HF/FH with experience in the acute sector as a vocational trainer
- Strong interest in education and a high level of pedagogical skill
- Assertiveness and motivation to represent education
- SVEB certificate as a practical trainer or equivalent qualification in adult education or willingness to acquire this
- Organisational talent and resilience
