Do you want to support managers & employees at the heart of a dynamic industrial environment? Join a committed HR team as a Senior HR Business Partner!
Our partner is an international industrial company active in a technical and dynamic environment. Present in Valais for several years, it employs several hundred employees on its site. As part of its organisational development and to strengthen its HR team, we are looking for a 100% HR Business Partner. You will join an HR team close to the field and actively participate in various transformation projects.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You support and advise managers and employees on all HR topics, as a close contact person
- You support managers in their HR responsibilities and assist them particularly in managing complex situations, conflicts and organisational changes
- You advise managers on issues related to Swiss labour law and ensure compliance with legal provisions
- You actively participate in the company’s transformation projects and reorganisations
- You manage various HR processes, including talent management, workforce planning and employee development
- You participate in the recruitment process and collaborate closely with various HR contacts
- You support teams in their development and contribute to strengthening a hands-on HR culture
- You identify the needs of employees and managers and propose solutions adapted to operational challenges
- You contribute to the evolution of HR processes and tools in a constantly changing environment
You offer your new employer
- You hold a higher education qualification in Human Resources, ideally university level; additional HR training is an asset
- You have several years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a dynamic and demanding environment
- You have good knowledge of Swiss labour law and are comfortable with operational HR issues
- You have a very hands-on approach and enjoy direct contact with employees and managers
- You are a responsive, curious, autonomous and pragmatic person, capable of managing several topics simultaneously
- You enjoy environments where days are varied and where quick adaptation is necessary
- You are proficient in English, essential for this position; good knowledge of German is an advantage
- You are comfortable in an industrial environment and do not hesitate to go on site
- 80% is negotiable in the short term, but the position must evolve to 100%
- You appreciate an organisation offering some flexibility, including one day of teleworking per week
