To strengthen our Geneva team, we are looking for a personnel consultant for the health and social sectors.

Your tasks

• Develop and retain a portfolio of existing partners
• Develop new partnerships through active prospecting in the field and by telephone
• Identify, recruit and select the best talents to meet the needs of our partners
• Conduct recruitment interviews and carry out reference checks
• Ensure the follow-up of assignments as well as the satisfaction of partners and collaborators
• Manage the various administrative tasks related to permanent and temporary placement activities
• Actively contribute to the growth and development of the agency

Your profile

• Experience in a temporary staffing agency or in service sales, a real asset
• Very good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the economic fabric of French-speaking Switzerland
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Service-oriented, attentive and focused on partner satisfaction
• Initiative, perseverance and results orientation
• Proficiency in common IT tools
