IT Specialist Administrator (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you ensure the reliable operation and further development of IT services with your broad ICT know-how. You take on a versatile range of tasks and actively contribute to ensuring smooth processes for numerous internal stakeholders. As a generalist in IT, you engage in various specialist areas while always keeping an overview of technical contexts. You act in a service-oriented manner, professionally address concerns, and find pragmatic solutions. With your commitment, you significantly shape the quality and future viability of the ICT environment.
Responsibilities:
Deputising for IT responsibility and actively shaping digitalisation and infrastructure projects.
Planning and implementing system introductions, technical renewals, and migrations.
Ensuring reliable operation of the Microsoft cloud and workplace environment including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
Managing workplace, network, and communication infrastructure as well as supporting employees with technical concerns.
Managing external IT partners, creating technical concepts and documentation, and conducting internal training sessions.
Qualifications:
Higher education in computer science, systems engineering, or business informatics with several years of practical experience.
Solid knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and modern workplace technologies.
Experience in administration of clients, networks, cloud services, and communication solutions.
Strong technical understanding combined with analytical thinking and organisational skills.
Independent, reliable, and service-oriented personality with enthusiasm for diverse tasks and direct user contact.
