Your mission

Do you love technology, machines and practical solutions?

Then Avesco Rent SA is the perfect place! In our modern workshop in Farvagny, you ensure that our machines, forklifts and vehicles are always ready for use.

Your responsibilities

• Diagnosis and repair of construction and industrial machines
• Maintenance and servicing of the machine fleet
• Preparation of machines for rental and sale
• Ordering spare parts and preparing service reports
• Technical presentation and training of clients in machine use
• Performing on-site repairs if necessary
• Active participation in the organisation and upkeep of the workshop
• Occasionally ensuring machine deliveries
• Providing technical support to branches

Your profile

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity – whether trained or self-taught
• Autonomy, reliability and team spirit
• Good knowledge of French
• Forklift or trailer licence? It’s a plus but not essential!
• 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanics
• Federal VET Diploma as mechanic for construction, agricultural machines, trucks or equivalent
• Good knowledge of engines, diesel, petrol and hydraulics
• Experience in rental services (an advantage)
• Ability to write technical reports
• Good IT skills (CDRS system)
• Forklift or trailer licence? It’s a plus but not essential!
