Our Hospitality department is looking for a:

In this role, you ensure the quality of cleaning services and compliance with the establishment's standards.

Your responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct quality checks and follow up on corrective actions.
• Manage stocks, orders, and cleaning equipment.
• Monitor uniforms and consumables.
• Act as the operational link for the General Housekeeper.
• Participate in the daily organisation of the service and briefings.
• Manage lost property.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and impeccable presentation of the spaces.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a hospitality specialist or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Facility Management, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience in supervising cleaning or floor teams.
• Initiative and anticipation skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Fluent in French, with good knowledge of English (German is an asset).
