Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 95,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an architect for the holistic handling of diverse construction projects from the initial design to realisation. You will work on residential, commercial and industrial buildings as well as renovations and replacement new builds and, depending on your experience, increasingly take on your own project responsibility. In addition to design, project planning and execution planning, the tasks include building submissions, coordination with authorities and specialist planners, as well as accompanying the realisation. The position offers a broad insight into all SIA phases and combines classic architectural work with digital planning and visualisation methods.
Responsibilities:
Holistic handling of architectural projects from design to execution across several SIA phases
Development of concept, design and feasibility studies for new build, conversion, renovation and replacement new build projects
Preparation of preliminary project, construction project and building submission documents as well as accompanying the corresponding approval procedures
Creation of execution, detail and construction plans with Archicad
Coordination and integration of planning contributions from specialist planners, specialists and executing companies
Direct coordination with clients, authorities and municipal or cantonal specialist offices
Participation in site developments, design plans and other planning law tasks
Development of material, construction and detail solutions considering design, technical and economic requirements
Support during tendering and realisation as well as assistance with construction inspections, approvals and project handovers
Involvement in cost and schedule planning as well as ongoing monitoring of project-relevant planning bases
Application and further development of digital planning, visualisation and AI-supported tools in the architectural process
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect FH/ETH, also suitable for graduates with initial practical experience
Knowledge in design, project planning and architectural planning as well as interest in holistic project handling
Good user knowledge of Archicad or comparable CAD/BIM software
Knowledge of SIA phases and relevant SIA standards as well as Swiss planning and construction practice is an advantage
Experience with building submissions, execution planning and/or realisation is an advantage
Interest in digital planning, visualisation and AI-supported architectural tools
Very good German language skills for contact with authorities, project coordination and technical documentation
