Trust Officer / Payroll Clerk (m/f/d)
Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is a personally managed fiduciary company in Steinhausen. In this role, payroll administration for clients from various industries is the focus. A small team, short decision-making paths, and support for further training offer room for professional and personal development.
Responsibilities:
Managing payroll administration for various client mandates and serving as the contact person for payroll-related questions
Collaboration with clients from different sectors, including asset management, retail, and IT
Gradual assumption of additional responsibilities in the payroll area
With a workload of 50-60%, primarily payroll duties; with 70-100%, additional assumption of mandate accounting and work on annual financial statements
Qualifications:
Completed training as a trust officer or a comparable qualification, as well as practical experience in payroll
Enjoyment of payroll administration and a precise, structured working style
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Infoniqa ONE 50 and Bexio is an advantage
Very good German skills and ideally good English skills
Initiative, a positive attitude, and enjoyment of personal collaboration within the on-site team
