- Preparing maintenance contracts and quotations in the ERP system
- Scheduling service orders and managing smaller orders
- Maintaining communication with companies, architects, and customers
- Supporting field sales with administrative and organisational tasks
- Very good German language skills are essential for this position
- Experience in building automation or building services engineering is desirable
- Confident MS Office and ideally ERP system knowledge are expected
- Independent and responsible working style is required here
