Foundry Operator

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a foundry assistant

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Precision
• Adherence to procedures
• Proven experience in foundry or watchmaking/industry in machining/tribofinishing
• Team spirit

• Performs plaster moulding
• Performs cylinder knockout
• Performs cleaning of shafts and cylinders via sandblasting and derocking
• Performs cutting of shafts within requested tolerances
• Ensures wearing of personal protective equipment
• Creates procedures in collaboration with the Process Method agent
• Reports non-conformities
• Ensures metal traceability
• Performs first-level maintenance of production equipment
• Maintains cleanliness of installations in their area
