Responsibilities:
Independent consulting of SME clients and support around the topic "working more successfully digitally"
Responsibility for designing and implementing customer-specific IT projects
Support and maintenance of complex customer systems, including operation and administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and virtual environments
Internalising and continuously developing the company, tracking and applying technology trends (vendor-independent) for own customers
Qualifications:
- Completed
IT apprenticeship specialising in system technology as well as proven
experience in external customer support (especially SME projects) - Several years of
experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft
client/server infrastructures and virtualisation (VMware and Citrix
infrastructures) - Very good German and good English skills
