Order Processing Clerk 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the central interface between customers, sales and production, ensuring a smooth order processing workflow

• You record and check incoming customer orders in the system

• You coordinate delivery dates and clarify open questions with customers and internal departments

• You create order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices

• You monitor the processing status of orders and proactively keep customers informed

• You handle complaints and find solutions together with the specialist departments

• You maintain master data and ensure proper documentation

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in order processing or customer service

• Technical or commercial training

• Experience in foreign trade, shipping logistics

• You are confident with MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage

• Technical flair

• You enjoy communicating with people and have a friendly, service-oriented manner

• Good ERP knowledge, ideally SAP

• German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required
