Project and Construction Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional for independent project management in plastering and drywall construction. You will be responsible for the assigned construction projects from contract award through work preparation (AVOR), resource planning and execution to cost control and final accounting. You will coordinate your own employees, subcontractors and temporary specialists and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality requirements. The position combines practical site experience with comprehensive project responsibility and offers a high degree of independence.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the planning, control and coordination of plastering and drywall projects from contract award to final accounting
Execution of the entire work preparation (AVOR) including deployment, material and resource planning
Planning and management of own employees, subcontractors and temporary staff on the assigned construction sites
Creation and ongoing monitoring of schedule and construction progress plans as well as initiation of appropriate measures in case of deviations
Responsibility for cost control, post-calculation and project controlling using construction administration software
Coordination and ensuring the flow of information with clients, architects, site managers, administration and other project participants
Monitoring the professional execution of plastering, drywall and finishing work directly on site
Ensuring quality standards and QM processes as well as implementing corrective measures in case of deviations
Preparation and control of measurements, extra work, change orders and billing bases
Planning, ordering and monitoring of the work to be performed as well as ongoing control of productivity and construction progress
Conducting and documenting acceptances, defect rectifications and project completions
Ensuring complete project and construction documentation up to final accounting
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as plasterer-drywaller EFZ or comparable construction-related education
Further training as foreman, site manager or project manager in the construction or finishing trade is an advantage
More than 3 years of professional experience in plastering, drywall or related finishing trades
Sound knowledge in construction project management, AVOR, resource planning and site management
Practical experience with measurement, calculation, cost control and final accounting
Confident use of common construction administration software and Microsoft Office
Very good German language skills spoken and written
