As Head of Finance, you will take on a central role in the financial management and further development of Klinik im Park and actively shape its strategic and operational direction as a member of the management team. With your business management expertise, you ensure transparency, sound decision-making bases and sustainable financial development. Together with internal and external stakeholders, you actively shape processes and make an important contribution to the success of our clinic.

YOUR TASKS
- Implementation and assurance of financial and operational group requirements within the clinic
- Planning, control and continuous development of financial and controlling processes including budget, forecast, medium-term and investment planning as well as cash flow and balance sheet management
- Responsibility for the timely and high-quality preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as meaningful financial and business reports
- Analysis of economic development, conducting profitability calculations and deriving concrete measures to optimise revenue, costs and results
- Development and evaluation of business plans for the expansion and development of doctors, specialist areas, centres and the entire clinic as well as participation in strategic and overarching projects
- Ensuring the quality, completeness and timely provision of relevant cantonal and national data and reports
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed higher education in accounting or business administration (at least professional certificate or university of applied sciences)
- Several years of diverse experience in finance and accounting, ideally with knowledge of asset accounting
- Experience in hospital accounting as well as sound knowledge of cost unit accounting according to REKOLE
- Very good SAP and MS Office skills, especially Excel, as well as a strong affinity for information and communication systems
- Independent, precise and reliable working style with high initiative, strong sense of duty and very good communication and teamwork skills
