Cloud Workplace & Automation Consultant (m/f/d)
Role:
Our client supports small and medium-sized enterprises in making their IT workplaces more secure, efficient, and future-proof. In addition to modern Microsoft cloud solutions, automation and artificial intelligence are becoming increasingly important. As a consultant, you accompany customers from the initial idea to the finished solution, develop individual workplace concepts, and implement technical improvements yourself. In doing so, you combine your expertise with consulting skills and business acumen, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute your own ideas for new services and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and implementation of Microsoft cloud and workplace projects for SMEs
Configuration and further development of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint
Ensuring structured software deployment and reliable endpoint management
Design and introduction of automations with Power Automate, PowerShell, and Graph API
Supporting customers in using AI applications and Copilot to improve their business processes
Capturing customer needs, developing suitable solutions, and presenting the business benefits
Maintaining existing customer relationships as well as participating in acquisition and business development
Qualifications:
Several years of practical experience in the Microsoft 365 environment with knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint
Solid know-how in client management, software distribution, and workplace security
Interest in AI, Copilot, and automating recurring business processes
Ability to analyse customer needs and communicate technical solutions clearly
Independent and pragmatic working style as well as motivation to actively drive new topics forward
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in building customer relationships and new business opportunities
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
Consulting experience, pre-sales knowledge, or a network in the Swiss IT environment are advantageous
