Experienced Technical Concierge CFC (M/F)

6-month assignment with strong prospects for permanent employment

Are you a hands-on professional, technically versatile, resourceful and solution-oriented? Do you enjoy understanding, intervening, solving problems and making the daily life of building occupants easier? This opportunity could be for you.

For a major real estate structure including commercial areas and shops, we are looking for an experienced technical concierge, capable of ensuring the proper functioning of interior installations and independently managing daily technical issues.

Your mission

A true point of reference on site, you ensure the proper working order of the spaces and interior installations. Versatile and responsive, you deal with a variety of issues and provide concrete, effective and sustainable solutions.

Your responsibilities notably include:

• Ensuring routine maintenance and proper functioning of interior technical installations.

• Diagnosing malfunctions and intervening in issues related notably to ventilation and electricity, within your competencies and in compliance with current standards.

• Carrying out troubleshooting, minor repairs and first-necessity interventions.

• Identifying needs, anticipating problems and implementing appropriate solutions.

• Coordinating, when necessary, interventions by specialised contractors.

• Guaranteeing quality, safety and the general good condition of the spaces, in an environment including shops and commercial areas.

• Demonstrating availability, a service mindset and a genuine spirit of initiative on a daily basis.

Your profile

We are primarily looking for an experienced professional who knows the realities on the ground and can face unforeseen events with method and common sense.

• Mandatory CFC, related to the technical or building field.

• Solid and significant experience in a technical concierge role, building maintenance or an equivalent field.

• Excellent practical knowledge of technical issues encountered indoors, notably in ventilation and electricity.

• Versatile, resourceful and autonomous profile, able to switch from one problem to another without losing sight of priorities.

• Natural service orientation, positive attitude and pleasure in helping others.

• Reliability, responsiveness, practical common sense and ability to take initiative.
