HR Administrator 60-100% (a) temporary
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring professional HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from entry through changes to exit
- Creation and processing of employment contracts, contract and salary adjustments, work references, employment confirmations, and other personnel-related documents
- Maintenance and management of personnel data and HR documents in the HR systems and digital platforms used
- Management of the HR email inbox, triage of enquiries, and support of employees and managers with administrative HR matters
- Close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Payroll, as well as internal and external contacts
- Support in the optimisation and further development of HR processes and digital solutions
- Participation in various HR projects and the implementation of administrative HR initiatives
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training as well as HR-specific further education, preferably with a federal HR specialist certificate
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable administrative HR role
- Very good MS Office skills and a high digital affinity; experience with common HR information systems is an advantage
- Service-oriented, responsible and discreet personality with a structured and careful working style
- High team spirit and enjoyment in working with different contacts
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills are an advantage
