In this role, you are responsible for the constructive development and detailing of panels, construction site environments and other operating units for helium liquefaction plants. You implement the specifications of the project management and specialist departments into precise CAD models and manufacturing documents and work closely with the teams of the specialist departments to develop optimal solutions. You also support material procurement through technical specifications and clarification of supplier enquiries.
Responsibilities:
Design, construction and detailing of panels and operating units for plants
Creation of assembly and manufacturing documents in 3D-CAD (Inventor)
Evaluation and implementation of constructive solutions in coordination with the specialist departments
Development of technical specifications for material procurement
Clarification of technical enquiries and coordination with suppliers
Support of material procurement in cooperation with purchasing
Qualifications:
Completed training as a designer EFZ plus further education in mechanical engineering
Several years of experience in process engineering plant construction or in the field of pressure equipment
Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines, especially PED and ASME Code, is an advantage
Sound knowledge of 3D-CAD, preferably Inventor
Good English skills (at least B2)
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Fluent German skills
