Responsibility for the stable 2nd and 3rd level operation of a versatile ICT infrastructure across the areas of servers, clients, network, security and telephony
Administration and optimisation of physical as well as virtual system landscapes including Microsoft Services, Microsoft 365, VMware, storage and backup
Design, implementation and support of Microsoft-based systems, applications and IT services
Analysis and resolution of complex client/server faults as well as technical support for the internal support team
Participation in IT projects, technical concepts and procurement processes for hardware and software
Qualifications:
Completed higher IT education (HF/FH) or comparable qualification with practical experience in ICT systems engineering
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, client/server, VMware, storage, backup and IT security
Experience in operating and further developing heterogeneous IT infrastructures
Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension and an independent, solution-oriented working style
High team and customer orientation, resilience as well as professional and communicative demeanour
