Specialised Case Manager

The Legal Procedures Unit (UJUR-P) of the Directorate General for Social Cohesion (DGCS) is responsible for handling appeals and monitoring judicial procedures (administrative, criminal and civil) in the field of social assistance, as well as providing the necessary legal support for the activities of our directorate. To strengthen this dynamic entity of around twenty collaborators, the DGCS is looking for a Specialised Case Manager.

• Ensure the operation of the registry of the first-instance appeals authority in matters of integration income (RI) and the secretariat of the lawyers in charge of said authority.
• Provide secretarial support (case management) for the lawyers responsible for filing criminal complaints.
• Provide secretarial support for the lawyers responsible for exercising maintenance claims within the meaning of Articles 277 paragraph 2 and 328 CC.
• Compile statistics.
• File and archive.

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in the judicial field.
• Essential legal knowledge and ideally knowledge of the Vaud Cantonal Administration (ACV).
• Good writing skills.
• Ease of contact and interpersonal skills.
• Sense of responsibility, good organisational skills and public service ethics.
