Do you want to make a difference with your leadership? At the specialised inpatient therapy ward Olvido, you will jointly take on the personnel, professional, and organisational responsibility for the ward in dual leadership together with the therapeutic management. Together with your interprofessional team, you create a safe therapeutic environment where adolescents aged 14 to 17 with psychotic spectrum disorders can develop stability, find orientation, and gain new perspectives for their future life path.

You can expect a diverse working environment with great scope for design. Together with your team and the therapeutic management, you will continuously develop the Olvido ward and its therapeutic offerings and actively shape the future of child and adolescent psychiatry.

Your tasks

• You jointly lead the Olvido therapy ward with the therapeutic management in dual leadership and bear the personnel, professional, and organisational responsibility for the ward
• Together, you ensure a high-quality, needs-based, and effective treatment and care of the adolescents
• You lead your interprofessional team appreciatively, promote the professional and personal development of your employees, and strengthen an open, trusting collaboration
• You plan and manage the deployment of personnel and operational resources and ensure smooth and economical ward operations
• You continuously develop treatment and work processes and advocate for high-quality standards as well as a modern, recovery-oriented care
• You work closely with internal and external specialists as well as relatives and contribute to a networked, holistic treatment
• You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and development processes and bring your ideas and experience into the further development of the ward and child and adolescent psychiatry

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• You bring solid professional experience in psychiatry – ideally in child and adolescent psychiatry – and are familiar with the requirements of an inpatient treatment setting
• You have leadership experience or have already taken on leadership responsibility in a deputy or team leader role and want to further develop your leadership skills
• You lead appreciatively, communicate clearly, and know how to support, motivate employees, and achieve goals together
• You act in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner and provide your team with orientation and security even in demanding situations
• You convince with your communicative strength, high social competence, and enthusiasm for actively shaping changes and developments
