In a natural setting in the Bern region, an established institution in the long-term care sector offers a Head of Nursing Service (80–100%) a responsible leadership position. You will have the opportunity to actively help shape the nursing area and, together with the management team, ensure a high quality of nursing and care

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Take on the professional, personnel and organisational management of the nursing area and create reliable framework conditions for employees and residents
• Continuously develop nursing quality and existing processes and ensure the implementation of professional and operational standards
• Work closely with management and other specialist departments and contribute your experience to the further development of the institution

You offer your new employer:

• You are a leader with several years of experience in a long-term care institution
• You have a broad nursing expertise and bring experience in managing and developing nursing quality and operational processes
• With your clear and appreciative manner, you lead employees purposefully and succeed in motivating them towards common goals
