For a rehabilitation clinic in the Bernese Oberland, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Nursing (60-100 %). Together with a second deputy head, you will support and represent the nursing management. The areas of responsibility are clearly divided

Your tasks with the new employer

• Support and represent the nursing management together with the second co-deputy head
• Be responsible for ward organisation with around 40 employees in your area of responsibility
• Promote nursing quality and interdisciplinary collaboration with the various specialist departments
• Continue to work in nursing and participate in projects as well as development processes

You offer your new employer

• Qualification as a Dipl. Nurse HF and experience in acute and long-term care
• Leadership experience is an advantage as well as high professional, social and leadership competence
• Appreciative, team-oriented leadership style as well as a reliable and resilient working method
• Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good ICT knowledge
