Role:

On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for service, maintenance and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems. You will carry out commissioning, analyse faults and undertake repairs on mechanical as well as electrical and control technology HVAC components. In addition to technical service assignments, you will largely organise your tasks independently and ensure reliable system operation. The position offers a varied technical field of activity with development opportunities and a working time model with generally four working days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out commissioning, maintenance and servicing work on ventilation and air conditioning systems

• Systematic fault analysis and error diagnosis on building technology systems

• Diagnosis and rectification of faults on electrical, control and regulation HVAC components

• Carrying out repair and maintenance work on ventilation systems and their components

• Inspection and maintenance of fans, motors, dampers, filters, sensors and control components

• Independent planning and organisation of service assignments as well as planning necessary maintenance measures

• Carrying out small installations, conversions and system optimisations in the ventilation sector

• Support with commissioning and functional testing of HVAC controls

• Documentation of completed work using service reports, work reports and system protocols

• Technical assessment of system conditions and determination of necessary repair and replacement measures

• Ensuring professional work in compliance with relevant safety, electrical and building technology regulations

• Participation in the regular on-call service and carrying out urgent fault interventions

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as ventilation system builder EFZ or comparable building technology basic training

• Solid professional experience in service, maintenance and repair of ventilation systems

• Good knowledge of electrical engineering, control and regulation technology in the HVAC sector

• Experience in fault diagnosis, commissioning and repair of building technology systems

• Knowledge of relevant Swiss safety and building technology regulations

• Good German language skills for service documentation and technical coordination

• Valid category B driving licence and willingness for on-call service
