HR Talent Recruiting

We are looking to strengthen the HR teams of two of our top clients (60-80%).

You have the choice or combine the drive: Either you dive deep into the tech world or you strategically support managers throughout the employee lifecycle. Your focus is clearly on sourcing tech talents, but the generalist level is not neglected either.

Start: Immediately or by arrangement (fixed-term mandates)

Workplace: Bern / Zurich / Basel / partly home office

Your Daily Business:

• Talent Hunter: You rock the end-to-end recruiting for the most demanding profiles in media technology, IT and production.

• Active Sourcing Machine: LinkedIn and Xing are your second home – you find talents that others don’t even discover.

• Sparring Partner: You advise line managers on an equal footing and conduct competency-based interviews that are memorable.

• Candidate Experience Champion: You ensure an application process that talents celebrate – fast, appreciative and professional.

• HR Business Partnering: You support managers throughout the entire lifecycle, assist with change processes and contribute to strategic HR projects (employer branding, digitalisation).

This is what you bring (your skillset):

• Recruiting DNA: You have solid experience recruiting technical professions (IT, engineering, broadcast) and know the Swiss market.

• Sourcing Skills: You know exactly how to feed modern sourcing tools to find the "pearls".

• HR Foundation: A relevant degree (FH/Uni/MBA) or a solid HR further education is your foundation.

• Language Talent: Confident German and fluent French are mandatory. Your English helps you with the tech profiles.

• Personality: You have plenty of drive, think networked, are highly self-reliant and simply eager to make a difference in a dynamic environment.

• Flexibility: Home office and mobile working are not a bonus here, but everyday practice.
