For our client, a nationally operating SME in the financial sector near Thalwil, we are looking for several customer-oriented and communicative personalities as:

Customer Advisor in Home Office (m/f/d, 50-100%)

Do you enjoy working from home? Are you fluent in German and French? Then you are exactly right with us!

For a several-month temporary assignment starting September 2026, we are seeking motivated and committed personalities in the customer service area.

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among others:

• Support and advice for customers by telephone
• Recording and updating customer data
• Processing and composing emails
• General administrative tasks
• Maintaining master data in various databases

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Completed commercial school, Matura or commercial training
• Initial experience in customer service, call centre, consulting or sales
• Very good German and French skills, Italian and English are an advantage
• Available from September 2026 for 3 weeks of 100% training
• Time flexibility between 07:00 - 23:00 from Monday to Sunday (your wishes will of course be taken into account)
