Setter Programmer (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, a prestigious Watchmaking Manufacture, we are looking for a Setter Programmer (M/F) for a temporary assignment of at least 3 months.

Your future responsibilities:

• You will program 3 or 4 axis milling machines, prepare manufacturing files, and ensure the start-up and adjustment of production equipment.
• You will guarantee the smooth running of manufacturing by monitoring production, the quality of parts and entering industrialisation, manufacturing and control data.
• You will diagnose technical malfunctions and implement the necessary corrective actions.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, technical documentation and workshop organisation in collaboration with production, methods, quality and industrialisation teams.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Micromechanic, Polymecanician or an equivalent qualification.
• You have significant experience in CNC milling machine programming and setting.
• You are proficient in reading technical drawings as well as common control methods.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and production data entry.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigour, and a strong analytical mind. You enjoy working in a team.
• You are quality-oriented, focused on continuous improvement and respect manufacturing standards.
