For a successful Swiss company, we are looking for a personality who leads the finance department with foresight and prepares important entrepreneurial decisions together with the management. In addition to overall responsibility for finance and controlling, you will have plenty of scope to optimise structures, digitalise processes and further develop the finance department with a future-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

• You lead the finance team both professionally and personally and develop your employees purposefully

• You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and coordinate cooperation with the auditors

• You plan and control budget, forecast, liquidity, cash management and working capital

• You continuously develop the management reporting and the relevant financial key figures

• You support the management in investment, financing and business decisions

• You ensure correct financial accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT and dunning

Qualifications:

• You have a commercial or business administration education with further training in finance and accounting or controlling

• You bring several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as sound knowledge of accounting according to OR

• You have leadership experience and know how to motivate and develop employees

• You are very confident in using Excel, MS Office and ERP systems

• You have very good German language skills
