Clerk Internal Sales / Export 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss company in the food industry with an international focus. Responsibilities:
You process customer orders by phone and in writing and ensure correct entry in the system
You coordinate international transport by land and sea
You take on the creation and timely delivery of export and shipping documents
You ensure reliable order and delivery processing from order to invoicing
You are the contact person for Italian-speaking customers regarding delivery dates, prices, and other concerns
You carry out ongoing invoicing of processed orders
You maintain relevant order data in the ERP system and support administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in internal sales, ideally related to export or international order processing
Further training in export is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with an ERP system
Independent, structured, and reliable working style with pronounced interconnected thinking
Committed and team-oriented personality with enjoyment of customer contact
Very good German and Italian skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are welcome
