Ensuring platform operation of ServiceNow On-Premise including upgrades, clones, and continuous development.
Design and implementation of workflows and integrations in collaboration with internal specialist teams and customers.
Definition and implementation of stories based on operational requirements and projects.
Support of ServiceNow users in 2nd and 3rd level support.
Collaboration with external implementation partners on larger projects.
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of JavaScript; Bash, PowerShell, SQL and MariaDB are advantageous.
Several years of practical experience in ServiceNow administration and development, ideally complemented by CSA or other ServiceNow certifications as well as a solid IT education.
Experience with ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM/Discovery, REST, LDAP, SSO, MID Server as well as Flow Designer and workflows.
Ideally experience with On-Premise-to-Cloud migrations of ServiceNow as well as knowledge of Ansible, Terraform or Microsoft Azure.
Independent, customer-oriented and responsible working style as well as team and learning ability; fluent written and spoken German.
